Cancellation Policy

In terms of CancellationS or amendments to your booking. If cancellation is received less than 24 hours before the trip, a 100% of total fee will be charged to you. This will also apply to clients that do not show up for a booked trip/s.
Trips that are cancelled more than 10 days before the trip, will be refunded, less the banking charges.
Trips that are cancelled between 7 – 10 days before the trip, 90% of ticket price will be refunded to you.
Trips that are cancelled between 3 – 6 days before the trip, 85% of ticket price will be refunded to you.
Trips that are cancelled between 2 – 3 days before the trip, 80% of ticket price will be refunded to you.
We reserve the right to charge 50% of the trip cost for amended or cancelled group bookings (for more than 5 persons) that are done less than 30 days before the trip date. This policy can be amended at OUR discretion, should there be otherwise agreed.

Arrival times

Please Arrive 30 mins before the trip departs. There is NO refunds if clients do not show.

Terms and Conditions

All Trips are weather dependent and can be CANCELLED AT A MOMENTS NOTICE. Your safety comes 1st and foremost! The company reserves the right to cancel any trip due to bad weather and any other unfavourable circumstances. Clients will be duly notified of any trip cancellation on the day of the trip.
When a paid client trip is cancelled, they will be refunded or given the opportunity to reschedule for another trip.

At the discretion of the skipper and the trip is unsatisfactory, due to absolutely NO sightings, clients may be refunded 50% the fee charged or be provided with an alternative trip on a later trip depending on the availability.

When must I arrive for my Boat Trip?

Clients are required to arrive 30 minutes prior to the boat departure, otherwise, the booking will be cancelled, if we are not notified in time before boarding.

Group Bookings

Group bookings of more than 5 persons, will only be confirmed on condition of a 50% deposit or full payment has been made. If cancelled, or numbers of persons change, the office must be notified at least 48 hours before departure. Otherwise, Cancellation terms will apply.
